This website currently only offers delivery within the United States, including most states and territories. International shipping, overseas territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and some restricted areas are not currently supported.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be reviewed and processed after successful payment.
Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Weekends, holidays, promotional events, or special circumstances may result in longer processing times.

The system will automatically select the appropriate shipping service provider based on order weight, size, delivery address, and logistics efficiency.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within the United States are as follows:

Express Delivery (if applicable): Approximately 1-3 business days
Actual delivery time may be delayed due to weather, peak shipping seasons, holidays, or force majeure events.
5. Shipping Costs
Some items or orders exceeding a certain amount qualify for free shipping. For orders not meeting free shipping criteria, shipping costs will be automatically displayed on the checkout page. Additional fees may apply to remote areas, oversized items, or special delivery requests.
6. Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number, which you can use to track your package's status in real time.
7. Address and Responsibility for Delivery
You must ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information. This website is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by the following:
Incorrect delivery address; Invalid contact number; No one to sign for the package; User's request to change the address, resulting in delivery issues.
If a package is returned due to user reasons, the user shall bear the cost of reshipment.
8. Package Damage or Loss
If the goods are obviously damaged, missing, or there are any logistics abnormalities during transportation, please contact customer service promptly upon receiving the package and provide:
Order number;
Package photos;
Description of the damage.
We will assist in processing reshipment, refunds, or logistics claims after verification.
9. Risk Transfer Statement
Once the logistics company confirms delivery of the order, the risk of loss will transfer to the user. This website is not liable for losses caused by the user's failure to sign for the package in a timely manner, theft, or an unsafe delivery address.
